The basics
Needed- Your business name, exactly as you want it to appear
- An email address we can send your demo link to
- A list of the main services or jobs you do
- Who your typical customers are
Your logo and photos
- Your logo, if you have one - any image file will do
- Photos of your work, premises, van or team
- Photos taken on a recent phone are perfectly good enough
Real photos of your own work make more difference to how a site feels than anything else on this page.
How customers reach you
- Phone number and business email
- Your address, if customers visit you
- Opening hours
- Links to any social media pages you keep up to date
Your reviews
- Links to your Google, Facebook, Trustpilot or Checkatrade reviews
- Your average rating, if you know it
Good reviews are the most persuasive thing on a small business website.
Things you like the look of
- Web addresses of a few sites you like - any industry, it's the look we're borrowing
- Competitors' websites, good or bad
- Any colours you want used, such as the ones on your van or signage
Any wording you already have
- Text from an old website, a leaflet or a brochure
- Your business story - how you started, how long you've been going, qualifications
